How we support our drivers

Training and Support 

At Momento, we offer the best in house training with additional ongoing support to help drivers handle challenges on the job. This can include training on new technology, route optimisation, and customer service skills.

Fair Compensation

We understand that delivery drivers want to compensated fairly and we know how hard the nature of the work can be. Our compensation scheme has been curated fairly for delivery driver that reflects the nature of their work, including factors like distance traveled and time spent on deliveries.

Safety and Security
